Quality&EHS Engineer

MAIN MISSION:

Maitain Quality and EHS management system to meet customer requirements and IATF/ISO Standard. Ensure product conformity according to customer specification, focusing on continuous improvement analysis, and comply with FM (Tenneco group) policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

Implement ans maintain the standard F-M (Tenneco Group) Quality and EHS policies, procedures and practices. Quality & EHS Reporting and actions tracking and inspection procedures. Ensure compliance of customer specific requirements to achieve customer satisfaction. Maintaining and controlling calibration and requalification records for all test and inspection equipment and incoming inspection procedures. Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods procedures and systems to ensure effective management of quality & EHS activities and to ensure that quality & EHS Policy and Strategic Objective commitments are embedded into the Operations business line. Meeting with members of the production team to offer recommendations and share results Process and Product Audit Monitoring. Participates in obtaining or renewing the certifications and / or accreditations of the organization and also participates in Customer Audits Ensure effective communication of quality & EHS documentation across the organisation, including all internal and external stakeholders. Part of APQP project team for new project/product introduction by ensuring all necessary Quality documentation and PPAP package (Customer complaint and PPAP handling)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor/Master's Degree in quality Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ EHS Management At least 2 years experience working in a global multi-plant manufacturing environment Experience working in the automotive industry as a Quality Engineer, knowledge of IATF 16949 Language skills: fluent French, Arabic and English Knowledge of Quality Management System Experienced in conducting and managing risk management processes and QEHS assessment. Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment. Qualifications such as 45001 and 14001 is an advantage
