Industrialization / start-up phase : Check control plans and work instructions Identify the documentary deviations and the design problems Participate in creating process FMEAs and control plans Follow the control plan of products Establish the quality documentation with the R.Q.P and the Methods Manage self-inspection of operators and their certifications

Industrial quality: Ensure the control and the validation of the products after the rework Prepare the DLC of the products before shipping Ensure the folding of the traceability and their archiving. Master products, audits and quality inspections Participate and lead 5P / QRQC for problem solving Lead PCDA actions and ensure workstation audits Qualify line process / manage and improve quality indicators Ensure continuous improvement and REX management Ensure the management of non-conformities of the workstations in charge Manage demerits Provide solutions to reduce CONQ Manage customer problems with the Production Quality Managers Participate in cross-functional actions such as continuous improvement, APSYS, SWIP, 5S Profile: You have a generalist/mechanical or materials/quality training with initial experience in quality or continuous improvement. You demonstrate skills in quality management. You have knowledge of Products and mechanical, assembly, welding, painting. You have skills in QRQC/8D, AMDEC Process, Lean Management, Self-quality, etc. Your Excel skills are at an advanced level. You have knowledge of control and measurement techniques (Torque tightening, multimeter, sealing, pressure, etc.)
