Job Responsibilities:

Summary :

Oversee and validate the team's start-up process.


Prepare inputs and actively participate in Quality meetings.


Manage internal non-conformities: analyze and resolve issues, implement corrective actions.


Handle customer returns: conduct analysis, implement and monitor action plans.


Monitor internal degraded modes (authorization/production stoppage in case of issues), including analysis, implementation, and follow-up of action plans.


Coordinate supplier defect management with the Supplier Quality Technician: characterize defects, ensure traceability of affected parts, secure processes, and monitor communicated action plans.


Participate in and conduct internal audits (product, process, 5S, PDS, workstation) and follow up on resulting action plans.


Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of customer and certification audits (8D, process qualification, certification, customer requirements).


Manage internal SR incidents.


Maintain and update plant quality indicators and display quality results.


Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures on the shop floor.

Required Profile :

High School Diploma with a Technician or Specialized Technician diploma or equivalent.


Proficiency in Quality tools.


Basic technical knowledge of sewing processes.


Strong command of office tools (MS Office).


Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar position.
