Job Responsibilities:

Summary

At MAGNA, the Quality System Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the Quality Management System in compliance with the applicable standards and regulations for each area, in alignment with the policies established by the company's management

Hiring Requirements :

Carry out and review the requirements of the Management System documentation to keep it up to date with the IATF 16949 norm and client requirements.


Deploying and raising awareness of the company's Quality policy


Procuration of the latest versions of the Quality standards


Manage third-party certification audits and monitor the resulting analyses and action plans


Administration of all system support documentation, its maintenance and distribution to all interested parties


Drawing up and reviewing the site's annual internal audit plan, ensuring that it is complied with and implemented, and monitoring the resulting action plans


Leading and participating as lead auditor in internal audits


Synthesis, review and evaluation of all non-conformance management process indicators and preventive actions


Preparation of the input data report for the annual management review

Required Profile

Technical engineer degree


2 years in a similar position desirable.


Reference standards courses (ISO 9001, ISO-TS 16949, ISO 14001, etc.)


Internal audit courses for reference standards


Good command of written and spoken English and French


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
