1. Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services 2. Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes 3. Assessing the quality of a product or services through a variety of stress tests 4. Reporting on the quality of products and/or services throughout all phases of production 5. Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality 6. Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues 7. Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment 8. Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards 9. Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data 10. Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods 11. Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct 12. Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards 13. Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems 14. Onboarding and training new quality control team members 15. Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues 16. Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods Experience: 4-5 yrs. of experience as Quality Officer/In-charge with a cigarette manufacturing company.
