We are a recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi with ISO 27001 Certification offering recruitment, training, psychometric assessment, and AI simulation services. We are assisting our client which is a paper manufacturing industry being a part of an investment group located in Abu Dhabi, Mussafah, UAE. We are looking to hire for Process & Quality Supervisor of the following below: Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all QA/QC and Production related functions such as Quality Assurance of all incoming raw materials, in-process checks and inspections, and testing of the final product according to the in-house as well as relevant standard specifications.
• Participate in trial runs, adjustments, and other works when installing and adopting new machines, tests of equipment.
• Participate in the examination of causes has led to excessive wear of equipment and its downtime; investigation of incidents; elaboration and implementation of measures on their prevention and elimination.
• Monitor observance of the process technology regulations by the operational staff, take timely actions to prevent violations of the process technology procedures.
• Ensuring productive and efficient performance of the integrated management system for quality, industrial, labor, and environmental safety, and comprehensive risk management system in the administered team;

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5-year experience of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry as a supervisor.
• Degree Holder (BS Chemical Engineering is an advantage)
• Quality & Process knowledge
• Knowledge about the manufacturing process
• Customer and suppliers Interaction
• Ability to identify process improvements
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Outlook, Web browser, and SAP Awareness)
• valid UAE driving license is an advantage
