Quality Process Engineer
Job Description
Lead problem-solving using tools like QLPA, A3, 8D, and QRQC. Implement and maintain document control systems aligned with EQMS. Monitor and improve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Cost of Non-Conformance (CONC). Facilitate QRQC at line level and cross-functional reviews. Ensure deployment of EQMS and MHB standards. Conduct process control and internal audits (ISO compliance). Collaborate with teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality perspective. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related). 3-5 years of experience in quality or process engineering in manufacturing. Srong knowledge of quality tools: QLPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, control plans, ISO 9001. Experience with EQMS, document control, and QRQC methodology. Familiarity with plastic injection molding and/or electrical component manufacturing (a plus). Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
