Job Description

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality In Charge / Quality Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring product quality throughout the thermoplastic extrusion process, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures specific to thermoplastic extrusion.

- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to ensure product compliance with specifications.

- Supervise the quality control team and coordinate daily activities.

- Analyze quality data and drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for non-conformities.

- Collaborate with production, R&D, and maintenance teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.

- Maintain records and prepare quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to ISO and other regulatory standards.

- Lead internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role within the thermoplastic extrusion or plastics industry.

- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).

- Experience with testing equipment and lab instruments used in thermoplastics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related software/tools.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
