This role is based in Kuwait and directly reports to the CMRQ Director.

The position

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that the affiliate Quality Management System (QMS) is in accordance with internal and external requirements in and across Gulf Cluster countries. Also, you will be responsible for document control and distribution responsible for the maintenance of the matrix list, providing necessary daily support to the end users, and communicating necessary changes to relevant internal stakeholders, review and comment on global standard operating procedure drafts and local record and document responsible for Gulf Cluster, In addition, you will responsible for surveillance of external and internal quality intelligence in Gulf Cluster and being Ownership of QA strategic projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

Review and approve the quality documentation as well as deviation change request and procedures

Perform internal & external audits and identification of gaps and propose improvement areas and actions

Ensure the quality management review as well as identification of risks within the affiliate

Act as auditee representative during the corporate audit and ensure audit readiness of the affiliate and handle recall and potential recall

Adding to this, you will provide information, training, advice, and communication on Quality to Novo Nordisk personnel, support training activities within the Clinical Operation department, and coordinate iSOtrain Training and training registration

Qualifications You have a relevant academic degree or a master's degree preferably in Pharmacy/Biochemistry/Biology/Microbiology/Engineering. You have a relevant experience of You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background. We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge: a minimum of 5 years in a similar role preferably in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and effective time management skills, making things happen, innovating in a changing environment, and stakeholder management Strong Quality and Compliance mindset A deep understanding of Quality intelligence, and the ability to implement and maintain local QMS. Excellent ability to provide recommendations despite uncertainty and pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle and simplify complexity

About the Department Novo Nordisk Gulf Cluster is a leader in diabetes care, obesity and hemophilia and will continue to drive change and awareness in the Gulf Cluster countries. Gulf Cluster is one of the fastest-growing affiliates covering Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Yemen including 80 employees spread over the region. Gulf Cluster Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance team's role is to secure the license to operate through fast and robust regulatory approvals. Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk Pharmacovigilance requirements as well as local Pharmacovigilance requirements. Compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality requirements.
