As part of its development, UIR recruits a Quality Manager on its behalf.

Mission Reporting to the Director of Accommodation, your main missions will be the design, development and coordination of the implementation of the quality policy of university residences.

As such, you will be responsible for:

1. Quality Management

Implement the principles of the Quality Management System to prepare the ISO 9001 V 2015 certification of the residence, Participate in the process of improving the processes involved in the management of university residences, Maintain the monitoring of performance indicators for each process, Establish business procedures and management document repository. 2. Control and Audit

Ensure the control of service providers, Organize and follow up scheduled / unannounced audit sessions in order to improve the quality of services and services: documentary audit, field audits, visits, evaluations, ... Ensure the quality of equipment and work at the level of the residences of the university city. 3. Resident satisfaction

Set up a process to monitor resident satisfaction, Ensure the processing and follow-up of complaints, Improve the means of communication with residents, Corce with UIR entities to improve resident satisfaction. 4. Project Management

Ensure the management and monitoring of projects related to Quality Management and the improvement of customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting

Establish monitoring reports of quality indicators, Prepare and communicate reports on audit and quality control actions
