Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; Chartered/Licensed status preferred. 14+ years' experience, including 7+ years in quality management; regional experience preferred. Develop and implement quality management systems for pipeline, drainage, and surface water projects. Lead audits, inspections, and corrective action processes to ensure compliance and performance improvement. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and Ashghal quality requirements. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure projects
