Review & Planning

Examine drawings, specifications and method statements to define and understand construction criteria.

Inspection & Testing

Conduct required inspection and testing activities according to relevant inspection and test plans, and coordinate with consultant.
Prepare and submit WIR/MIR to Consultant and perform joint inspection.
Coordinate with Section Engineer for daily Inspection schedule.
Prepare and follow up closeout of snags during handover.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily Quality Control Report and follow up on actions required with relevant Section Engineer.
Maintain Quality Records for inspection and test activities.
Report Product Non-conformance according to ACC Standard Operating Procedure - SOP - QM - 03.

Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions

Follow-up to ensure corrective actions are taken and closed.
Resolve quality issues through identification and implementation of corrective actions to close non-conformities and avoid recurrence.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with the consultant representative on site daily quality matters.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on site to ensure that work is properly carried out.
Assist the Quality Engineer in identifying and arranging training on site.
