About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and confident

Quality Head

to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of

ISO and API standards

, excellent leadership skills, and a strong personality to represent the company with confidence.

This is a senior-level role requiring at least

10 years of proven experience in the UAE

and the ability to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and quality excellence across all operations. Having a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor

quality management systems

in line with ISO and API standards. Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations and client requirements. Lead internal and external audits, certifications, and inspections. Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation. Train and mentor team members to maintain high-quality standards. Work closely with operations and senior management to ensure consistent delivery of quality objectives. Represent the company with professionalism and confidence during client and regulatory interactions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

10 years of experience in Quality Management

within the UAE. Strong knowledge of

ISO and API standards

(certification/implementation experience preferred). Proven track record of leading QA/QC functions in industrial, mechanical, or engineering sectors. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Presentable, confident, and professional personality. Valid UAE Driving License. Must be currently

based in the UAE

and available for immediate interviews.
