to join our Home Healthcare team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance across all home healthcare services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining quality management systems in alignment with
Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
regulations. The focus will be on
patient safety

Key Responsibilities
Implement and oversee
quality standards, protocols, and procedures
in accordance with DHA regulations and organizational policies
Monitor adherence to
patient safety protocols
,
infection control measures
, and
incident reporting systems
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of clinical documentation and support
data integrity
initiatives
Conduct
internal audits and quality assessments
to identify gaps and recommend improvements
Manage
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
related to audits, incidents, and regulatory non-compliance
Deliver ongoing
training and education
to clinical and administrative staff on quality, safety, and compliance practices
Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of
patient safety
and
quality improvement
initiatives
Ensure full compliance with
regulatory, legal
, and
accreditation standards
relevant to home healthcare operations
Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams
to foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Nursing
,
Healthcare Management
, or a related field (
Master's preferred
)
DHA license or eligibility
is
mandatory
Minimum
1 year
of experience in
quality assurance
within home healthcare or a clinical healthcare environment
Strong knowledge of
DHA regulations
, standards, and compliance requirements
Proficient in
audit processes

Excellent
