Ensure precision and compliance of machined aerospace components through advanced inspection techniques, including FARO arms and CMM, in accordance with military and aerospace quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional inspections using CMM and FARO arm on machined parts. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications. Develop and maintain inspection reports, quality documentation, and NCRs. Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues. Ensure adherence to AS9100, military, and customer-specific requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in machine shop quality inspection, preferably in aerospace/defense. Proficient in CMM programming (e.g., PC-DMIS) and FARO arm operation. Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement techniques. Experience with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
