1> Must have at least 7-8 years of experience in API machine shop (Machine shop manufacturing/servicing API products). 2> Must be a qualified ISO 9001:2015 Lead/Internal auditor or a API Q1 Practitioner . 3> Must have faced API audits at the capacity of a MR in the previous company. 4> Must have full product knowledge of API 6A, API 16A, API 7-1, API 4F, API 5CT. 5> Must be ASNT L2 OR L3, CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 or equivalent, B Gas (Optional) 6> Experience in API Machine shop (New Manufacturing/Repair/Maintenance), Valve and BOP shop and ASME Welding shop

1 Should be a Expert in QMS documentation. 2 Utilize the extensive API thread experience to ensure compliance with API standards, including API 7-1, 5B, 5CT during the manufacturing and repair process. 3 Expert in API Q1 requirements. 4 Conduct the Inspections and auditing thread manufacturing operations, including machining, threading, and gauging, to verify compliance with API specifications. 5 Implement and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions specific to API threads and special process. 6 Implement the procedure for API 6A and 16A products to ensure compliance with API standards, specifications, and performance requirements during dismantling, new manufacturing, repair and assembly processes. 7 Conduct the inspections and testing of valve components and assemblies, including dimensional checks, functional tests, and material verification, to verify compliance with API requirements. 8 Apply the ASME welding and fabrication experience to ensure compliance with ASME welding codes, particularly ASME Section IX, throughout the fabrication process. 9 Perform the Inspections and testing knowledge on welded structures, including dimensional inspections, visual inspections, and non-destructive testing (NDT), to verify compliance with ASME standards. 10 Review the welding procedures, qualifications, Inspection and Test plans in accordance with ASME codes. 11 Implementing and maintaining quality management systems, specifically API Q1 and ISO 9001, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. 12 Support the reporting supervisor for internal audits, Management reviews and process inspections to assess compliance with API Q1 and ISO 9001 requirements.

Qualification

1> Must be a B.Eng or a Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineer with at least 10 years of experience. 2> Must be ASNT L2 or L3

Salary :- RO 450 - RO 800 / Month depending upon qualification, experience and Accommodation/Electricity/Water :- Provided by the company Leave :- After 2 years for 2 months Joining ticket :- By the candidate.
