Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine quality inspections of

inbound and outbound shipments

to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor warehouse processes to ensure adherence to JD Logistics'

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

. Identify, record, and report quality issues, packaging defects, mislabeling, or product damages. Collaborate with operations, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Maintain inspection logs, reports, and documentation for audits and internal reviews. Support quality improvement initiatives to reduce error rates and improve order accuracy. Perform random spot checks and escalate any recurring process deviations. Assist in staff tratail with strong observational and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills; experience with WMS systems is an advantage. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Willingness to work on-site in a shift-based or flexible schedule if required.

Candidate Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in

quality control or warehouse operations

, ideally within logistics, e-commerce sectors. Familiarity with

warehouse management systems (WMS)

and basic reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a

fast-paced, high-volume warehouse

. Good communication skills in English; other languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus. Must be

willing to work on-site in JAFZA

and follow shift schedules if required. Knowledge of JAFZA safety and compliance regulations is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
