Quality Controller
Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
Certifications such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or QA/QC Engineering are an advantage
Knowledge of quality control standards, inspection methods, and testing procedures
/ Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials, components, and finished products
Ensure all products and processes meet company standards and project specifications
Implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures
Prepare inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance (NCR) documentation
Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Support internal and external audits and maintain quality records
Ensure compliance with ISO, client, and regulatory quality standards
Experience / Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within manufacturing, construction, or oil & gas industries
Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, ASME, ISO, etc.)
