Quality Controller - Interior Fit out : Sharjah, UAE : 4 years in UAE (Factory and Site) Sadeco Decor is currently in search of an adept and highly experienced Quality Controller with an impressive background in Interior Fit Out, boasting a substantial 4 years of expertise within the UAE. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures across all phases of Interior Fit out, spanning factory and site engineering. - Continuously optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with production teams, aiming for heightened efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strict compliance with standards. - Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure the highest standards of materials, workmanship, and final product quality. - Develop and implement corrective actions, addressing non-compliance issues promptly and efficiently. - Maintain meticulous documentation of quality control activities, generating comprehensive reports to present findings and areas for improvement to relevant stakeholders. - Provide extensive training and guidance to production teams, instilling a culture of continuous improvement, precision, and excellence. - Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of quality control procedures into project timelines. - Actively participate in project meetings to address and resolve quality-related concerns, offering valuable insights and solutions. - Professional certification in Quality Control or related field will be advantageous. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering or a related field. - A minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in Quality Control within the Interior Fit out sector. - In-depth knowledge of both factory and site engineering processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
