Looking for Quality Controller with FMCG experience!!!!We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure the quality and safety of our food products. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests, and identifying areas for improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Inspect raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods for quality and compliance- Conduct sensory evaluations, microbiological tests, and chemical analyses on food products- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations- Identify and document non-conformities, deviations, and defects- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions- Develop and maintain quality control procedures, SOPs, and documentation- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies- Train employees on quality control procedures, food safety etc- Maintain accurate records and reports, including certification and compliance documentsRequirements:- 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field in the food industry- Strong understanding of food safety regulations HACCP, and industry standards (e.g. ISO)- Knowledge of food microbiology, chemistry, and sensory evaluation- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Effective communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Relevant certificationsIf you have relevant experience please send cv to my email id hr@austin.ae with subject line "Quality controller with FMCG experience"
