Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Conduct regular audits of patient records, procedures, and documentation. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to implement quality assurance initiatives. Prepare reports and maintain records of quality control activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in quality control or healthcare compliance. Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
