Quality Controller (food Manufacturing)

Job Description

Responsibilities;

Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished pasta products. Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP plans. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality control activities. Perform visual, physical, and chemical tests (e.g., moisture content, cooking time, texture analysis). Check packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and storage conditions. Report any non-conformities to the QC Supervisor and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and testing tools regularly. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in production and QC areas are upheld. Participate in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies. Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field. Prior experience in food manufacturing or quality control is an advantage (especially in pasta or dry food products). Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication and documentation skills. Willing to work in a factory/production environment and in shifts if needed.
