FMCG - Freash Produce experience only to apply Quality Controller : The main responsibility is to ensures products are up to certain quality standards and to monitor the quality of the products; Monitor and oversee a company\'s production processes to ensure they meet minimum quality standards Set quality manual for fresh produce and compare complete product functionality with testing documents and templates; Conduct comprehensive quality assessment tests on raw materials and finished products according to relevant guidelines Ensure that raw materials and finished products have good quality by assessing the manufacturing process using industry, customer, and organizational standards. Monitor production units and inspect products for defects or signs of damage to discard or return for improvement and alert the relevant authorities. Determines which products are good for sale Develop more effective production processes which various departments can adopt. Review blueprints, plans, and client specifications to understand the quality standards for the product. Identify raw materials with defects or damage and notify development teams and supervisors regarding the problems found Train and coordinate the activities of other members of the quality control team. Prepare comprehensive quality control reports for the quality auditor and company executives. Collaborate with the production team to ensure all products meet the necessary standards and specifications. Ensure employees resolve all quality issues while maintaining production schedules. Provide user feedback to the development teams on product functionality and usability Analyze, identify, and document problems arose while testing the product Analyze testing data and make important calculations to get required results Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
