to ensure that all vehicles serviced in our Car Care Department meet the highest standards of detailing, cleaning, and finishing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of automotive aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect vehicles after car wash, polishing, interior cleaning, tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, and other detailing services.
Ensure all services are completed to company standards before vehicle delivery to the customer.
Identify any defects, missed spots, or unsatisfactory work and coordinate rework with the detailing team.
Maintain documentation and reports on service quality and customer complaints.
Provide feedback and training to staff to improve service quality.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in the detailing area.
Assist in maintaining inventory of detailing materials and tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in car care, detailing, or automotive quality inspection.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of car detailing chemicals, tools, and techniques.
