Quality Controllers

to join our growing automotive service team. In this role, you will ensure every vehicle leaving the workshop meets our high standards and delivers the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure QA procedures are followed, and service quality meets all required standards. Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests, recording results against performance and quality benchmarks. Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers by ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Maintain "Fix it Right the First Time" standards. Document and update job cards/repair orders with inspection results. Keep QA performance records updated on a daily basis. Report safety-related issues to the Service Advisor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures. Assist with workshop equipment calibration/maintenance. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive quality control or workshop inspection. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems. UAE experience preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Commitment to safety and service excellence.
