Armela Farms \xe2\x80\x93 QC Coordinator The Main Purpose of the role: \xef\x82\xb7 Online QC monitoring of products \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor Products within Specification \xef\x82\xb7 GMP & Personal hygiene The principal areas of responsibility: \xef\x82\xb7 Online monitoring of the production area. \xef\x82\xb7 Finished products monitoring within customer specs \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining Online QC records, on conformity reports \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor packaging, labelling, sealing, temperature, Production date \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and advise the efficient implementation of sanitization and hygiene procedures (CIP). \xef\x82\xb7 CCP Monitoring \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure efficient production runs to minimize ingredient loss, package loss, production breakage and Run Downtime caused by quality Control. \xef\x82\xb7 QA Hold and release of products \xef\x82\xb7 Product quality and sensory evaluation \xef\x82\xb7 Implement Safety measures to prevent any work injuries.
