Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Monitoring:
Inspect
raw materials

in-process items

for compliance with company standards.
Perform
visual inspections

temperature checks

weight verifications

label accuracy

packaging quality

Handle meat and chicken directly during inspections to ensure accuracy.
Process Supervision:
Supervise production workers to ensure proper implementation of quality protocols.
Guide and correct operational errors during production when deviations are observed.
Stop production if serious quality or safety concerns are identified.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and non-conformance reports.
Complete internal
quality checklists
, logs, and corrective action documentation.
Communicate findings clearly to production and management via
Excel and email

Compliance & Hygiene:
Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and local food safety regulations.
Support implementation of HACCP and other hygiene protocols.
Conduct or assist with internal audits, swab tests, and lab sample collection.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of
3 years
in quality control or food production, preferably in poultry, meat, or FMCG industries.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of quality control systems in food manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic reporting, and email communication
Ability to supervise teams and enforce corrective actions
Familiarity with HACCP and hygiene standards
Other:
Physically fit and able to work on the production floor
Comfortable handling raw meat products
