Responsibilities:
Incoming call processing: receiving incoming calls from customers, ensuring timely and professional response to inquiries.
Informing customers: providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers about products, services, promotions and terms of cooperation with the company.
Registration of requests: entering information about each client's request into a database or a customer relationship management system (CRM) for tracking and subsequent analysis.
Problem solving: Helping clients solve their problems or questions related to the company's products or services.
Call forwarding: if necessary, forward calls to relevant specialists or departments for more detailed consultation.
Complaint handling: receiving and processing customer complaints, working on their resolution in accordance with company policy.
Reporting: preparation of reports on the work done, analysis of the effectiveness of call processing and suggestions for improving the work of the call center.
Compliance with quality standards: maintaining a high level of service quality in accordance with company standards and industry norms.
Maintaining a positive image of the company: presenting the company in the best possible light, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Preparation of reports on the results of quality control for the company's management;
Interact with sales and marketing departments, give feedback on the quality of leads and their development by the sales department.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in real estate or related industries
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team
English language proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate level
