Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-40 years of site experience in QA/QC roles in UAE.
Sound knowledge of international construction codes and standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, etc.).
Familiar with Dubai Municipality and local authority requirements (preferred).
Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures on-site for all civil construction activities.
Conduct inspections for formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, compaction, and finishing.
Review and prepare method statements, ITPs, checklists, and test reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to address quality issues.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
