Job Description
The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all joinery products meet design specifications, industry standards, and the company's quality policies.
Keys Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections at both the factory and project sites. Ensure compliance with design specifications, material requirements, and finishing standards. Identify defects and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions Train production staff on quality standards and proper techniques Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective measures
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards Good knowledge of wood materials, finishing techniques, and installation processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a plus
