has partnered with a leading company who are hiring a Quality Control Microbiologist to be based in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Perform microbiological analysis for raw material, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Lead and supervise a team of microbiologists and lab technicians.
- Review and approve test results, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory documentations.
- Investigate microbial contaminants and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, particularly in sterile production.
- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- High attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
