About the Company

Royal Joinery specializes in the manufacturing and installation of doors, kitchens, wardrobes, cladding, parquet, and hotel furniture.

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting joinery products during and after production to ensure they meet the required specifications, standards, and client requirements. The role involves carrying out checks, documenting findings, and supporting the production team to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished joinery products. Verify measurements, finishes, and installation readiness against drawings and specifications. Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation. Identify defects or deviations and report them to the supervisor or production team. Ensure non-conforming products are isolated and corrective actions are taken. Collaborate with production teams to maintain consistent quality output. Follow company quality procedures and health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience in quality control within joinery, carpentry, or furniture manufacturing. Knowledge of measuring tools, finishing standards, and joinery practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good attention to detail and documentation skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Basic knowledge of ISO or similar quality systems is an advantage.
