Job Responsibilities

Inspect and verify that all raw materials and produced items meet required quality standards

before approval. Ensure all products are

up to standard and compliant

with company specifications. Ensure compliance with

Global SOPs

and regularly report on quality situations and discrepancies. Consistently work in a

safe manner

with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems. Perform

general housekeeping tasks and waste removal

within the department and support other areas as required.

Inspect materials, processes, and finished products

to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards. Ensure compliance with

Global SOPs

and regularly report on quality situations and discrepancies. Monitor and report

quality KPIs

such as CCR and COPQ for the site. Conduct

periodic process checks

to ensure required quality is maintained throughout production. Prepare, update, and implement

quality management documents and procedures

.

Respond to customer complaints

and propose corrective and preventive actions. Support

process improvement projects

to improve critical process parameters and reduce waste/rework. Promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in the production flow. Actively participate in

team decision-making, project work, and continuous improvement initiatives

.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum

2 years of experience in quality control

, preferably in the plastics/packaging industry. Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred. Experience with

ISO 9001:2015 or other QMS systems

is a plus. Strong

decision-making and problem-solving

skills. Excellent

oral and written communication

abilities. Proficiency in

auditing, statistical analysis, and reporting

. Strong

attention to detail, organizational skills, and technical aptitude

. Computer literate (MS Office, QC software/tools).
