Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, equipment, piping, welding, and HVAC systems.
Supervise and verify non-destructive testing (NDT), pressure testing, and dimensional checks.
Ensure calibration and functionality of tools and measuring instruments.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control procedures.
Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality audits.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASME, API, ISO, and other relevant codes and standards.
Monitor subcontractor and vendor quality performance.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with project managers, site engineers, clients, and third-party inspectors.
Provide technical support and training to site teams on quality procedures and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
