The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that construction work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves overseeing quality control activities, conducting inspections, preparing documentation, and liaising with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure consistent quality and safety across all construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for ongoing projects Conduct inspections, site audits, and material testing as required Review and verify subcontractor and supplier quality submissions Prepare quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams Ensure all work complies with project specifications and industry standards

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Min 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, preferably on large-scale projects, high rise buildings

Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI).

Familiarity with inspection tools and testing procedures.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
