Quality Control Engineer

to join our team and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all construction activities. Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans. Conduct inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for quality inspections and approvals. Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken to address quality issues. Support project teams in achieving compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum

5+ years of experience

as a QC Engineer in the construction industry (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and authority regulations. Experience in preparing and implementing quality management systems (QMS). Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Certification in ISO / QA/QC or related fields is an advantage.
