We are currently seeking an experienced

Quality Control Engineer

to join our dedicated team of professionals.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality management, with

8 years of proven experience

in the

UAE construction industry

. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of regulatory standards, and the ability to ensure the highest levels of quality throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor quality control systems and procedures across multiple construction sites Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and company standards Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials, workmanship, and completed tasks Identify non-conformances and lead corrective/preventive action processes Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to uphold quality assurance measures Maintain thorough records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation Prepare and submit regular quality reports to project management

Requirements:

Minimum

8 years of experience

in the construction sector in

Dubai/UAE

In-depth knowledge of

UAE construction standards

, materials, and building codes Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and ISO standards Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage quality control independently
