Job Purpose: To maintain the Food Safety, Product Quality and Factory Hygiene as per Standards. To assist the Online Quality Controller in the quality assurance program over the Factory Job Requirements:
- Plus 2 /Diploma in Food Science.
- Fresher\xe2\x80\x99s / Experience of 1-2 years QA in Food Industry Preferably in Meat and Poultry
- Strong communication, organizational, motivation and leadership skills.
- Software expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
- Ability to manage a workgroup.
- Communication skills in English (written and oral).
- Knowledge in HACCP / FSMS (ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC)
- Assist Online QC for the Organoleptic inspection of incoming Raw materials.
- Carry out organoleptic and physical inspection of in process materials in the production floor and making records.
- Inspection of Food contact surfaces and daily hygiene.
- Verification of the labels before production and approve them before applying on the products, ensure the correct labels are placed on the finished goods.
- Inspect employee personal hygiene.
- Assist Online QC in CCP Monitoring.
- Issuing and monitoring of chemicals required for the production and cleaning purpose.
- Instruct and Monitor the Hygiene Associates for proper cleaning of the equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and facility.
- Inspecting the recipe and ingredients used for production process.
- Assist Online QC to maintain the online Quality Records.
- Assist QA Manager in the customer audits and Certification Audits
- Support the development of food safety, health and quality culture in production process
