About the Role Planet is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and detail oriented team player to join the Risk, Compliance & Governance Team in the Middle East, based in Dubai UAE. You will be responsible for undertaking operations necessary for quality testing within quality control Review accuracy of transactions recorded in the system and provide real time decisions (approve/reject) Participate in development and implementation of reporting suite for high-risk cases and system issues by conducting investigations and recommending solutions Coordinate with merchants for rectification of transactional data Participate in internal assessments of key processes through a risk-based approach, to ensure regulatory compliance to ensure fraud and credit risk are acceptable to the business Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting system issues/bugs as and when identified Assist and train other analysts and business Teams on processes and system flows Conduct risk-based investigations in a swift and efficient manner Proactively perform other duties when assigned Requirements: Strong academic record to degree level supported by any relevant sector related and / or professional qualifications; Appropriate level of knowledge and experience of best practice fraud risk management and governance frameworks and methodologies; Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of local fraud mitigation, compliance and risk management strategies Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
