Key Responsibilities
Define and implement quality standards and KPIs for facility and property management services.
Develop audit methodologies, checklists, and reporting templates.
Mentor and guide internal teams to execute audits and maintain compliance.
Advise on embedding quality metrics and workflows into software systems.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Create SOPs and documentation for standardized workflows.
Provide actionable insights through periodic quality reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration preferred.
