Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Conduct various testing types including functional, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Evaluate performance, usability, and reliability of software across platforms.
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to align testing with development goals.
Provide timely and accurate QA reports with detailed analysis of test results.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices.
Recommend improvements in software functionality and user experience.
Verify final product readiness before deployment or release.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of scripting or automation is a plus.
