Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet established quality standards through rigorous testing, inspection, and documentation. The role involves identifying issues, recommending improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures. Inspect and test materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Document quality issues and work with teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Conduct audits and prepare quality reports for management. Collaborate with production, design, and development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle. Monitor and report on quality performance metrics. Maintain and update documentation related to QA procedures and outcomes. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a QA/QC role. Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies. Familiarity with QA software tools and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
