To monitor, inspect, and verify the quality of materials, processes, and
outputs to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
Position: Quality Controller
Reporting to: QA/QC Manager
Location: FUJAIRAH, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
Job purpose:
Proficient in conducting thorough inspections and supervising testing methods.
Experienced in reviewing raw materials and supervising test schedules.
Skilled in conducting quality audits conforming to ISO, BRC, HACCP, Sedex, Halal, ECAS & SASO standards.
Strong in assisting employees, evaluating non-conformance processes, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):
Maintain Quality Standards: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of all project activities
in accordance with company and client requirements.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and specifications (HDPE, LDPE, PP, BOPP, PET, COA, TDS, MSDS, etc.) and in process knowledge of extrusion, printing, lamination & slitting ensure compliance throughout job execution.
Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and control QC documentation, including inspection reports, non-compliance reports (NCRs), and other critical quality records.
Inspection & Testing: Conduct and supervise inspections and tests as per quality procedures, including material verification, dimensional checks, and process validation.
Calibration & Equipment Control: Ensure calibration of laboratory and inspection equipment, maintaining accurate records and traceability of instruments.
Internal Auditing: Perform internal quality audits to verify adherence to QC procedures and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Training & Support: Assist teams and staff in understanding and implementing quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Compliance & Corrective Actions: Monitor quality performance, raise NCRswhere necessary, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze processes for efficiency and recommend process or procedural improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

Minimum experience
5 years
Skillset (job specific technical & system skills if applicable)
QMS 9001 , EMS 14001, OHS 45001, BRCGS, HALAL.
Internal Relationships
Reports to the QA/QC Manager and collaborates closely with Production to
ensure compliance with all quality standards and procedures.
External Relationships
Interfaces with clients, Auditors, third-party inspectors, and suppliers to
ensure adherence to quality standards, coordinate inspections, and maintain
compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
