About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Software Engineer - Quality Assurance

to lead the testing of cloud-based enterprise applications, with a primary focus on

Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and Procurement modules

. The ideal candidate will design and execute detailed test plans, guide QA teams, and ensure the quality and reliability of custom-built solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Collaborate with QA and project teams to align testing with project goals and timelines. Provide technical guidance and manage reporting for the QA team. Implement and maintain test automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency. Ensure test procedures comply with quality standards and best practices (CMMI, ITIL). Conduct bug tracking, regression testing, and ensure traceability to requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, end users, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience

testing ERP and cloud-based applications, with strong expertise in

Oracle Fusion

modules. Experience with automation tools and platforms such as

Microfocus ALM, JIRA/DevOps Boards, Oracle Application Testing Suite

. Strong knowledge of testing life cycle, test case design, bug tracking, and reporting. Relevant certifications (e.g.,

ISTQB, Oracle Cloud Testing, LoadRunner

) are highly desirable.
