Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and motivated
Quality Assurance Officer
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all clinical and operational processes comply with Qatar's healthcare quality standards and accreditation requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and policies. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations. Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (QCHP, JCI, etc.). Prepare reports and recommend improvements for continuous quality enhancement. Support staff training and awareness on quality and patient safety practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance. Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Female candidates are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
