is working with a leading who are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to be based in Umm Al Quwain.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement quality service framework, policies and processes.
- Conduct regular audits/assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Ensuring that the quality management system is being maintained and followed.
- Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate risk-based monitoring processes.
- Responsible for escalation to resolve quality issues.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing within the Banking Industry in the UAE.
- Knowledge of local and international regulatory and legislative due diligence requirements.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering, and sanction requirements, particularly those set by the UAE Central Bank.
- Knowledge of Compliance systems and awareness of Best Practices.
