Responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and customer experience across all salon operations. Works closely with management and staff to implement quality protocols and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of salon services, cleanliness, and hygiene practices.
- Monitor staff compliance with service standards, grooming, and customer care protocols.
- Evaluate client feedback and take corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
- Develop and implement quality checklists, audit reports, and training recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance gaps and service improvements.
- Provide periodic reports on service quality, staff performance, and customer experience trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in salon/spa industry, preferably in a QA or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of salon services (hair, nails, makeup, facial, and home services).
- Detail-oriented with excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and guide staff to maintain consistent service standards.
