What You'll Do

• Conduct quality assurance checks on complaint handling, correspondence, and case resolution
• Analyze complaints to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Assess the accuracy of decisions made by complaint handling teams and evaluate resolution quality
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements
• Develop systems and processes to manage and analyze data efficiently
• Research methods to improve data usage for decision-making
• Prepare and present MIS reports and findings to stakeholders

Ideal Profile

• Background in banking, workflow processes, or customer service environments
• Experience in call center operations and customer experience management
• Strong Excel and reporting skills for data analysis and presentation
• Ability to deliver meaningful feedback and drive quality improvements
