Overview of the role:
Responsible to develop, implement, maintain, quality process & procedures for FM operations, also ensure products and services delivered meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsible to manage CAFM system, QMS, technical training. Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize service quality, continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
What you will do:
Key Accountability 1: Quality management system
Responsible for:
Develop, Review, Maintain standard operating process & procedures, Quality forms.
Provide to support the management of supply chains and compliance with QHSE standards; audit and review of operating practice and systems
Continuous monitoring of QHSE requirements, regulations imposed by Govt., semi Govt., and ensure the same is incorporated and compiled as applicable.
Set quality objectives, update and maintain divisions operations risk assessment etc. Work on digitizing of process.
Conduct process gap analysis, identify and implement corrective measures, develop and maintain QA/QC reports
Closely control expectations of QHSE, ensure all required standards are applied.
Attend client quality management meetings.
Prequalification of Vendors, subcontractors in terms of QMS requirements.
Key Accountability 2: Quality Audits & Inspection
Responsible for:
Conduct site audits, inspections, conditional assessment, Vendor audits and re-evaluation.
Verify that the QHSE standards are in accordance with the applicable procedure and standards.
Perform internal audits as per QHSE procedure, identify non-conformities and carryout root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Generate non-conformance reports and follow up on NCR\'s, HSE ATR for closing.
Prepare internal audit reports with required statistics and details
Prepare look ahead plans for audits to be held.
Carryout material quality Inspections and submit report.
Key Accountability 3: Training & Development
Responsible for:
Plan, develop, implement training program operations team
Coordinate with internal trainers, external training specialist for the implementation of technical and soft skills training
Support training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards and the relevance to business objectives
Conduct QMS Induction, awareness training for technicians, supervisor, engineers.
Prepare Training documents, presentations.
Maintaining training documents, forms, etc.
Key Accountability 4: CAFM-Field service management software
Responsible for:
Act as key focal point for all CAFM related requests, activities and develop processes and procedures to ensure robust documented systems in place with both internal and external users/providers
Ensuring all workflow processes are up to date and reflect current working practice
Take lead role in clarifying, resolving CAFM related quires, for internal, external users
Identify gaps, improvement opportunities for the simplified and efficient operation
Regularly undertake health check on system and report problems and identify faults, Liaise with IT department, software developer for any operational issues and updating operations team
Develop and maintain reports, dashboard, KPI\'s
Key Accountability 5: QHSE.
Responsible for:
Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management system by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard.
Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others
Implement all HSE policy, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions (tool box talk) - thus preventing potential incidents at all times
