Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes within the organization to ensure products and services meet the established standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct internal audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards for product development. Manage and analyze quality performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals. Investigate customer complaints and quality issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management. Stay current with industry trends and developments in quality assurance methodologies. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
